Voiceover or music only
Natural Irish-accent narration in estate-agent language (“guiding at”, “to arrange a viewing”) with the agent’s call to action, or a clean music-led cut.
Landscape or portrait
16:9 for the portals, YouTube and agency sites. 9:16 for Instagram, TikTok and Stories. Or both from one order.
Whose brand
The agency’s logo, colours and end card, MediaPro’s own brand, or unbranded for portal uploads.
